Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay beyond what's stated here.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 8-13 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order placement to delivery is generally 9-15 business days.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe due to circumstances outside our control (customs processing, weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volume during peak seasons). We appreciate your patience and will do our best to communicate any known delays.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we're happy to help however we can if this happens — reach out and we'll work with you to find a solution.
